    This project will examine China's role in shaping international economic order. Applying an innovative methodology to recently declassified Chinese archives and contemporary official sources, it will assess the connections between China's post-WWII economic ideas and 21st-century initiatives like the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and 'One Belt, One Road' plan.
