Contemporary Political and Diplomatic Challenges for Foreign Service Officers of Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal - South Asia Diplomatic Training Program

Diplomats from these countries need a range of skills, in particular analytical abilities, policy development and policy delivery skills, to negotiate with other domestic departments to formulate and coordinate policy in order to negotiate with other regional states and from that position to develop an approach that is beneficial to these likeminded countries and as members of the SAARC sub-regional grouping.
