    Research Services contract for ACT Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development :: Phase 1- Deliverable 1: A Methodology that can be applied across policy/programs (not just VHESS) to determine, and assign monetary estimates to the multiple co-benefits of programs and policies, specifically energy efficiency. This would include health, wellbeing, productivity and whole of society economic benefits.Phase 1- Deliverable 2: Spatial mapping to identify geographical variation in risk factors and priority populations.Phase 2- Deliverable 3: Application of the Methodology to populations participating in programs under VHESS.
